The food truck program at Boys & Girls Clubs of Martin County, called "Fork in the Road," was launched in 2021 as a central component of their workforce development and career readiness initiatives. The program spans nine weeks and serves as a cornerstone for the organization's Culinary Training and Certification Programs. The intensive training equips participating teenagers with crucial skills for the culinary industry, encompassing sanitation practices, knife handling, food safety, and cooking techniques. Graduates of the program are well-prepared to enter the high-demand culinary workforce.
